Don’t forget to breathe as the body flows through a series of yoga postures on an unstable surface! Stand up paddleboard (SUP) yoga will reinvigorate you, challenge you and bring your practice to new limits. A paddleboard platform that is unstable means full core engagement, better balance and a strong focus.
